Return & Exchange Eligibility
Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery or purchase.
To be eligible:
- The jewellery must be unused and in original condition.
- Original invoice, tags, certificates, and packaging must be provided.
- The product must not show signs of wear, damage, alteration, resizing, or tampering.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
- Customized or made-to-order jewellery
- Engraved or personalized items
- Gold coins, silver coins, and bullion products
- Nose pins, earrings, and body jewellery (for hygiene reasons)
- Products purchased during clearance sale or special offers
- Damaged items due to misuse or improper handling after delivery
Gold & Diamond Jewellery Policy
- Gold weight mentioned on the website may vary slightly due to handcrafted manufacturing processes.
- Product prices are based on prevailing gold and diamond market rates at the time of purchase.
- Minor variations in weight, stone placement, enamel, or finishing are considered acceptable craftsmanship standards.
Refund Policy
Refunds will only be processed after product inspection and approval by our quality team.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Processing time may take 7–15 business days depending on banking channels.
- Making charges, shipping charges, certification charges, and applicable deductions may be non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
Exchange requests are accepted only for:
- Manufacturing defects
- Damaged product received
- Incorrect item delivered
Approved exchanges will be processed after product verification.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for securely shipping the return product back to us unless the return is due to our error.
For safety and security:

Cancellation Policy
Orders once confirmed may not be cancelled after processing or dispatch. Customized jewellery orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
